Blessed Love Family.
Under a Irie Meds vibesin out to some Nitty Gritty.
As I and I meditate on the current financial circumstances, I pray that the powers that be do some self inventory, and check out the reality of thier actions. The reality of the "crisis", is that greed took over, and no one cared. It is unfortunate no one wants to own it. The execs don't want to admit that it was more important for "investors" to see profits, even if "Joe the Plumber" has to get laid off. Everyone was happy to pay for foreign labor, and not wonder about where Americans would find work. The US Govt was offering tax breaks if jobs left the country? Seriously? This is good for all Americans how? Cheaper plastic goods from Wal Mart? thanks.
The bottom line is that the consequences of their actions was not relevant unless it had to do with profits.
To be fair, I am all for capitalism. I would not choose to cut jobs to make sure I got a bonus. That is just something that has become a part of me. I am a firm believer in loyalty to those who help you in any way. Workers help you, all employees help the company they work for. If your employees did not perform, clients would not offer return business or referrals. Remember who makes the butter for your bread.
My one request of anyone who reads this blog, is to think of your neighbor. Love one another, and let us help one another to live upful and right. God is good.
Have a Blessed New Year, Prosperity and Love for you in all your travels and adventures.
One Love.

Economic Slowdown Wake Up
Something about the hen has come home to roost...
As more and more news reports talk about bailouts, I thankfully hear the president elect talking about jobs! It is comforting to know that Obama, has the right focus, in my opinion. I listen to these reporters criticize irrelevant details about the new administration, while none criticize the "American" companies who took jobs away from "Americans", for a price(tax breaks). I work in the technology industry, and I remember the days when IBM, meant made in America by Americans. There are several towns and cities across America, that IBM, had virtually built by employing the residents, who in turn supported their local businesses, which allowed the entire community to benefit. Ah those were the days.
Slowly but surely, American companies took advantage of cheap labor in emerging countries. Then the United States Government decided that companies should receive tax breaks for sending the jobs out of the country. Unfortunately, there was no concern for the employee who lost their job, and would be unable to pay the rent, the light bill, etc...
So it has come to pass that the number of unemployed citizens has become so significant, that the very products that were being made cheaper, are no longer being purchased. While building up a consumer nation, the greedy product pushers, forgot to create consumers....tsk tsk.
Now they come to the same people who they took jobs away from, and ask them for money to help them pay for thier million dollar mansions...
It is with strong passion, that i make this suggestion to the powers that be. Pay everyones mortgate, and rent for two years. Let people live without that burden for two years....imagine the feelings of love and peace that would overcome the nation. I would much rather see the billions of dollars that the government has to give away, go to the people who actually will pay that money back, taxpayers. I am not an economist, I dont have an accounting degree, I am a realist, and myself included, I know that this would create many happy souls who would have money to buy all the imported goods. hmmm. I remember when companies used to advertise, Made In the USA. remember?

Eyes Open
Bless,
Keep your eyes open. I was quiet today, and i watched. I was able to see clearly the flaws, the missteps, the neglected aspects, of a business.
It helped me to gain more insight into my own flaws, missteps, and neglected tas
ks. I tried a different perspective. Rather than seeing what they were doing wrong, I was able to see what I need to do right. Sometimes it is easier to see the grass on the other side of the street. Dont waste time criticizing, but take a closer look at your grass, and see where it needs improvement. Are you making the same mistakes they are? Is that why the mistakes are so easy to identify?
Step up your game, and stay focused. Not as easy as it sounds.
Bless.

Be Still
Blessed Greetings,
Interesting revelation yesterday. If you are still, they will reveal themself.
I was surprised to see that maybe people do or say things that they know will disrupt your peace.
Stealing my joy. However, I have chosen to take a different perspective on the matter.
Why do the things they do bother me? Is it because they are my employer and I need to work to support my family? Or is it because I see that their inexperience in certain things makes me a threat to thier position?
I have taken to take a different perspective, and realize that I cannot allow the things they do affect my joy. Why should I give them so much power? Very often in life whether it is client - contractor, employer - employee, or even lovers to lovers, we have to do things that we may not want to, but we have to in order to maintain something, could be peace, a job, or a paycheck, whatever it is, success depends on some level of flexibility. Nothing in life is guaranteed, we always have to navigate the path as it is revealed.
Loosen up, bend sometimes, just dont bend over. Everything has its limits. If you feel like someone is asking you to bend too much, be mature and respectful, but address the situation with tact, and facts. There are occasions where a level of mutual understanding cannot be reached, and the relationship must be dissolved.
God puts people in our life for a reason, I believe. Try to evaluate your situation, and learn from your experiences. Life is beautiful if you embrace it with peace, love, and understanding.
Bless.

Patience
Patience is definitely a trait that I need to improve on. I realize that I am not perfect, and that there is always room for improvement. I try to be understanding when things dont happen fast enough or end results are other than expected. I often have to seek a meditation to take my own inventory( assess what my role is in the situation).
It took me a while to overcome the fear of really looking at myself. It is not as easy as it sounds for me. I wouldn't expect everyone to understand this.
Rather than getting upset about the slowpoke in front of me on the drive home, I realize that I can not make the person drive faster, and that I have to just take life as it comes, and give thanks that I have life.
Not all of our friends see things from the same perspective. I do not always see the same perspective as my friends. The ability to be alright with this, is probably why we are friends.
Blessed Love. More Love, More Life.
