Keep your eyes open. I was quiet today, and i watched. I was able to see clearly the flaws, the missteps, the neglected aspects, of a business.

It helped me to gain more insight into my own flaws, missteps, and neglected tasks. I tried a different perspective. Rather than seeing what they were doing wrong, I was able to see what I need to do right. Sometimes it is easier to see the grass on the other side of the street. Dont waste time criticizing, but take a closer look at your grass, and see where it needs improvement. Are you making the same mistakes they are? Is that why the mistakes are so easy to identify?

Step up your game, and stay focused. Not as easy as it sounds.
